Pre-registration deadline still TBD -need to leave enough time to order all the shirts from the screen printer, and printed materials.
The vote was held on logos, and results will be announced once the picks are upheld by Cyan. Shirts were discussed. Once logos are settled, the choice of screenprinter and shirts will be finalized.
Registration for 2009 is now functional.
Lehsa will be resigning as swag lead after Mysterium 2009 to focus more on her art.
Conbook and cookbook will now be combined due to lack of submitted content for conbook. Will re-evaluate the need to combine the books on May 15th, and work will kick into high gear on the conbook on May 31st after the submission deadline.
Need ballpark registration numbers in order to determine available budget for swag, etc.
GermanShepherd will be handling presentation coordination along with the Events lead, including time slots and special requirements.
All ready PA went out during the meeting including the Mysterium 2010 bidding letter and the letter about pre registration.
