Presentation Formats
We are again offering several different presentation formats to choose from. Please select one of the following when completing your application:

Display Only
Just displaying items in the main meeting room.
You accept full responsibility for the items displayed. It is your responsibility to secure and watch your items. Mysterium accepts no responsibility for any lost or stolen property. We will not accept items to display from non attendees due to the aforementioned legality. However, you may send an emissary with your item, if they accept the terms set forth above. Approval from the committee is required.

Panel, Class or Small Presentation
Can be up to: four non-consecutive 15 minute blocks, two non-consecutive 30 min blocks, or one 1 hour block.
This is for people or groups with small, short presentations that can be shown to a rotating audience, or for people who want to teach classes or give demonstrations. They will be held in small rooms, and small groups of people will come and observe. People teaching hands-on classes will be responsible for all materials, and may charge a small (under $5) fee for materials. Any fees MUST be announced up front, and must be approved by the Mysterium Committee.

Performance or Large Presentation
Up to 1/2 hour in length - will most likely take place in a section of the main meeting space.
This is for larger presentations that are meant for the whole group, like large Q&A sessions and musical or theatrical performances. The Mysterium Committee reserves the right to slot these in the Small Presentation space if needed.
Presentation Rules
Presentations may not be dangerous in nature, and may not cover any illegal or mature subject matter.
Products may not be sold at your table or during your presentation, although you MAY give people your contact information, so that they can reach you after Mysterium.
Any contests or giveaways need to be cleared with the Committee first, and should be saved for the Sunday Closing Ceremony.
The Mysterium Committee reserves the right to change, adapt, eliminate or otherwise modify any of the presentation formats. We will do so in order to best utilize our presentation resources and comply with restrictions in the available hotel space, time, and the impact on both presenters and audience. If, for some reason, your presentation requires extra space or materials from the hotel that beyond those already available to us, we may ask for a contribution to cover additional costs.
Presentation requests should be made by May 31 using the form below. If you have not received confirmation by then, please contact us. If you require special equipment (projector, electricity, tarps, etc.) or seating arrangements, you must inform the Committee no later than June 30.
